How many calories?

So I recently switched my goals to:
Maintain weight at inactive lifestyle and it gives me 1790 calories. Does this seem right? I'm currently using p9ox3 for exercise as I am wanting to tone up now after losing weight. I don't plan on tracking my exercise and therefore don't wish to eat any calories back. Current weight is 145.

Trial and error. We can't really tell you how many calories will work for you based on the info. Try those and see how your weight reacts for a couple weeks1
