Wanting to buy a weight bench for home. Already for 300 pound set for $200 now I just need a quality bench and rack. Any suggestions?

I have the Titan T-3 rack which is a cheaper knock off of a Rogue product. It's served me well. I just have any old flat bench... as long as it supports the weight I need it to.0

I found a golds xrs 20 for sale, but had mixed reviews...the more I think about it the more I think a rack would serve my needs better0

I went through that same kind of thought process when I equipped my garage. I looked into stuff like that too, but my particular training style isn't suited to that kinda thing. I've more use for a rack. But that's not to say that type of equipment doesn't have it's place, function, and usefulness... it just didn't mesh well with the actual exercises that I did as part of my routine.0
