ok where do i start...
at this point im 295 ish
ive been up to 320 and am down the 25 pounds over the last 6 months
ive been struggling for 5 years to find a balance ever since i put the weight on
im a recovered addict, so my cravings for sugar are insanely high
fortunately over the last two years ive learned how to count carbs, count calories pretty much by sight, and have reduced my raw sugar intake to one treat a week
im now hitting the gym for the encombent bike and treadmill, with a small weight and stretching routine... three times a week and am trying to increase that
I have learned a lot of things that when i use, i get the results, unfortunately... my will power is week, so i bounce up and down each week depending on the amount of time i have to prep my meals ..
anyways i figured i should post since ive been around for about a week and am looking to get and keep up the positive vibes !!:)
