Hey all, losing weight quite nicely (4 stone since December 2015) any tips to tone up my arms, they don't seem to tone lol... currently I've got a punch bag and some 2kg n 5kg girly handweights which I use when on the cross trainer / bike. Any exercises or items I can buy to tone them? Everywhere else seems to be snapping back nicely, just my arms, no definition. pointers please :)

Congratulations on your weight loss! Anything that works those triceps will keep those muscles nice and toned. Keep at it! Unfortunately, we often cannot lose extra skin.

Skull crushers, tricep pull downs as accessories to a good progressive compound lifting programme.

    Cheers, h

you can't change the skin hanging down, but you can pump up your triceps to fill your arms out. Do a bunch of tricep exercises . but do full body , its better for you.

Lifting heavier weights got rid of mine  chest /shoulder presses were excellent and rows. Also overhead presses.

It's body fat. As was said, fat loss can't be targeted, so just keep losing weight, and do full-body strength training to preserve muscle. Good strength programs include NROL4W, Fitness Blender, Stronglifts, etc.
