So just about 2 or 3 days ago I started to do one hour of sculpting my arms, legs, ect different days. And right after I do a turbo kick workout. However I noticed this morning that I just gained two pounds. I'm eating 1100-1200 a day and eating a healthy diet. So I'm just wondering why that is thank you!

turbo kick is a beach body program. Basically cardio kickboxing mixed with zumba0

Sculpting is less weight but more sets to me. To tone your body.0

Yes but you aren't changing the shape of your muscles though. They get bigger or smaller. You can't sculpt them.1

Are you doing turbo jam? Those workouts are 40-50 min of cardio, and then u want to lift another hour right after? And only eat 1200 calories? The weight gain is water retention. You won't be building much, if any muscle by doing very light weights. You will need to lift progressively heavier over time. I don't think you will last very long doing almost 2hrs a day on 1200 calories. Not enough fuel in the tank...0
