Hi everyone trying to motivate myself to lose some weight but also to improve my fitness. I'm 6ft5 and currently weigh 238 lbs. I seem
to carry weight on my stomach and hips.
Would love to be able to fit into my suit for those upcoming weddings I've been invited to. My goal is 210 lbs.
Anyway looking for motivation and any helpful tips!
