Hey y'all! So I'm back for cycle number ????? I do really well for a while, then I get frustrated and leave. Then I always circle back. I'm at my highest weight and NEED a change. I'm doing it this time.
To not overwhelm myself, I'm starting small. Just making healthier choices when I'm eating, and trying to fit a little exercise back in my life.
I have 2 little girls (6 and 1) and I want to be able to play with them without being so damn tired!
My first goal is 20 pounds...hopefully by July 1. (That's my littlest's birthday).
Overall I'm hoping for a healthier me, a me I can feel comfortable and confident about.

I am also a working mom who gained to much during and after my pregnancy. Started in February at 216 and down to 177lbs. Have another 17lbs to go!
