Protein Shake Receipes

I found this lurking in the backpages of another thread and thought it deserved a mention of its own;

My favourites must be the banana bread, gingerbread cookie and pina coloda flavours. My OH used to eat banana bread for breakfast and any snack he could fit in, so its nice to find him a protein high alternative. And I liked the idea of the pina colada but using coconut water instead of plain water for a hydration boost with your protein.
They are obviously not fool-proof, but a great basis for something new if you are becoming bored with the normal vanilla/chocolate/fruit-smoothie based protrein shakes. The idea of using cottage chese to thicken the shake was new to me, but definitely a good tip.
