Trying to stay consistant

I've been on and off on MFP but I'd like to be more consistant. I'm currently trying to add about 5 pounds of lean muscle...maybe more after.

If anyone is looking for an accountability partner to stay on track let me know. Preferably someone who understands nutrition and lifting but not required.
