Just something easy to make everyday with low calories and high protein.

Banana with tbsp of pb. Microwave 35 seconds. Smash, stir and eat. My new favorite.

How easy? How high protein? My breakfast today had 29g protein and I thought it was easy. It involves cooking, timing, assembling, and enjoying the eating of, and required cleaning afterward. On the other hand, you could have a bar of Fiber One and a few ounces of jerky for high protein, fiber, and neither your direct cooking nor cleaning.

Not sure how high of protein you are wanting..

I usually eat oatmeal with a dash of cinnamon and choice of fruit for breakfast.
Snacks are "quick to grab" items like hard-boiled eggs, trail mix or granola bar
Lunch may be another "snack" option or something simple like a peanut butter and pickle sandwich, peanut butter and crackers, a piece of leftover chicken, etc.
Supper can vary and, for me, sometimes is higher calorie. Last night's supper was taco salad, which isn't too high in calories if you concentrate on adding vegetables, like lettuce, tomato, etc. and portion control the cheese and sour cream.

I searched for keywords in the MFP forum like, "high protein breakfast" "low calorie high protein", etc. Here are some of the threads I found...There are plenty more to choose from. also, if you just Google "low calorie high protein (insert breakfast/lunch/supper) recipes" I'm sure you will find bunches of ideas.
