    Please add me (anyone who wants to). I am also in need of friends who can help and support me on this journey. I have to lose 100+ as well. I started the beginning of April and have lost 15lbs so far. Making life changes is the key.

    Yesterday was awesome. The day was overcast so the yard work was easier :) weedeating, pruning and burn pile and that was after going in to work and on my eliptical! Feeling good about that lol. Now. ...what for today?
