Emotional Eating

I want sugar when stress hits, I gave in yesterday. My go to is Hershey Kisses:(
I need help! What can I do when stress hits and I crave sugar?

    Don't have trigger foods lying around. And make sure you also eat well (don't undereat) or deprive yourself (eat food you like).

    Don't get too hungry... Or eat so much sugar that you have a sugar crash and then lose control with eating. Our bodies just take over at a certain point. I'm trying to retrain myself to "stress clean" my house. I run about 50/50 but it's gotten better over six months. Habits die hard just keeeeeeep trying!
