What's The Point Of The ChitChat/FunGames Forum Separation Now?

Because this one is steadily becoming what it was when they were combined. Seems like a huge waste of effort if it's not going to be kept up on.

Why not just mix them again? Is it better this way? Do we need five 'selfie of yourself' threads? What is the meaning of life?

There are a ton of threads in the Fun & Games forum that clearly should be here.

    Prime example:

Some people just don't know how to chat. It's just all like: Internet space cat gif. By the way:

I think fun games threads are the stupidest thing on the planet.

Selfie threads are entertaining. Some people look plain scary ;)

But what do you think about the person above you?

I know. Here it will be commented on though so I feel validated. That's what life's all about right? Validation through internet strangers?

My mercury tacos are incredible! You don't know what you're missing. A little Zatarain's Lemon Pepper breading and they don't taste anything like a thermometer.

Hmmm...maybe they're going to sort everything out during this "forum down time" in a couple of days.

I would say my favorite threads are deleted within about thirty minutes. Sometimes sooner. Too bad there isn't a "removed from main forum section"; "Enter at your own risk."

i keep all my dankest threads in a private group nowadays. i wish more people were interested in the groups sections.

This is how secret societies always start. In the dank basement.

The 'person above' threads are the bane of my existence. I know, I know. Be an adult, Kathy. Scroll past them, Kathy. Let people have their fun, Kathy.

    Well, I'm trying, okay?????

The PAY threads are on the fence for me. I detest the ones with just "yes" "no" or a number for the answer. At least the ones that are like 'how'd they die', 'make up a lie about...' etc require some thought and creativity.

Like the gossip thread. That one was brilliant

I would vote selfie threads off the island. Sure, they are a bit entertaining, but redundancy! ; we all have profile pics and galleries.

I have to say, having just returned from a long hiatus, the separation doesn't make much sense to me. Especially when I revived some older games of mine and they're in Chit-Chat now. And there's this whole chatty thread in Games... I actually don't mind, but it does all seem pointless to separate.
