Amazing fun exercise

Hi I am new to the forums but have been using my fitness pal for a few years. I just wanted to share my latest discovery. I found a way to really enjoy exercise without feeling like its exercise. On Tuesday me and a couple of friends went to Lincoln playzone where they have a student night. I would strongly recommend it as we ran and played asif we were 8 years old for 2 solid hours! By the time we left we were drenched in sweat and totally full of beans. My Fitbit recorded that in an hour I burned 240 calories! Not bad considering I don't like exercise hehe

    I'm not sure what "totally full of beans" means, but I'm glad you had a good time!

    Don't think we have that sort of thing around here, but for those who hate exercise - take up a sport or activity. Sports are basically exercise made into a game. And I'd rather spend eight hours hiking than eight minutes walking on a treadmill.

    And yeah, things like paintball, laser tag, etc. are fun and a pretty good workout too.
