Breastfeeding and Losing Weight

Well, I'm not new to MFP, but I've been gone for a while. Now I'm holding a beautiful 4week old baby boy and an extra 50 lbs. Happy for the baby but not the extra weight. I've already gotten back to pre-pregnancy weight, but that's really nothing to brag about. 180 is no where near a healthy weight for me, but it's where I'm starting.
So I can't exactly exercise at this point (csection and all) but I am breastfeeding which burns between 300 and 500 cals a day. Like I said, it's a start!

Hey! Feel free to add me.
I'm not new to weight loss but new mfp. I lost about 100 lbs after I had my first daughter 3 years ago. I probably owe it all to breastfeeding lol!
I'm 6 weeks pp right now with my 2nd baby girl. I'm 160 lbs right now and I'm looking to lose another 30-40 lbs.
Congrats in the baby!0 -
I just had my 4th baby 3 weeks ago. It's so different this time because I am 7 years older than I was the last time I had a baby. I've only lost about 15lbs of the 44 I gained. I need help! It's been so frustrating.
