13lbs until goal but lacking motivation to work out. Help please :)

so I'm almost to my end all goal of -100lbs but I can't find the motivation to get into the gym. What were some of the things you guys did to motivate yourselves in times of hardship?

    Wow! What an accomplishment! The first thing you should do is acknowledge and enjoy your success. The less weight you have to lose the harder it is. You are a young male. I personally wouldn't focus so much on those exact 13 pounds. Now is the time to focus on a lifting program and shaping your body.

    You've come so far already and sometimes we need to take a break and maybe eat at your maintenance calories for a couple of weeks. You'll have more energy when you go to the gym, will be able to make progress, and that should spur you on to continue.

    If I'm feeling meh about going to the gym, I always remind myself that I will feel really good after I go. If I still feel meh, I tell myself okay, I'll just go for like 10 minutes. That 10 minutes always turns into 30 or 40.

    Exercise is one of the weapons I use to fight my depression, so I know that if I don't go to the gym I will probably feel anxious or depressed the next day, and I don't want that. I never regret a workout!
