Weight loss help

I need to lose about 75-80 lbs. I was working out hard everyday. Now I've been too tired to do it. I could blame it on being a full time mom, but that not why I haven't worked out. I think I get bored or just don't feel like it. I'm eating better, started herbal life..lost 8lbs but I feel like there just so much more weight to go. Summer is coming up, holidays sometimes it feels like its impossible.. Food is my go to thing when I'm stressed or emotional. I'm try a break bad habits...anybody else feeling like this?
