Food scale

I am also a big believer in the food scale. Everyone's given very good advice. I weigh everything and it truly makes a difference for me. That single slice of bread that the package says is 80cals based on gram weight is often more like 100cals when I weigh it. Do that for a sandwich with 2 slices and that is 40extra calories in a blink. If I estimate a couple of times a day by trusting the single serving cals on any package with various foods, then the unintentional calories ends up making the difference of me losing .5 lbs vs 2lbs a week. Of course sometimes you will have to estimate, but when you can, definitely better to weigh everything.
