Aaaarggh! But i worked so hard!

I'm a bit discouraged cause i had a really good week overall, and exercised every day (i did go over cals a few days but i made up for it other days..)

yet i haven't lost any weight. It sucks. I know its just one week, and it is indeed that kind of time imminintely approacing, but i just feel so discouraged, and i know that is a dangerous place for me to be :(

    Maybe you could try drinking more water or changing up your exercise routine?

    Try not to get too discouraged. I totally understand where you are coming from, I am there myself. Sometimes your body just does some adjusting and you plateau for a little while and then it picks up again. Just keep doing what you are doing and maybe change up your diet and exercise a little bit to jump start things again, but it will turn around soon for you just keep at it and know that you can do this!!
