Summer is coming

Yeah, summer is coming, bulky sweaters and jackets are being put away for a long time but there is nothing in my wardrobe that fits me anymore.

So, after buying a Fitbit tracker I realized knowing your activities is only half of what has to be done in order to lose weight. That's how I came to use MFP, and oh boy, am I glad I did..

I'm looking multiple times a day at my "Calories Remaining" section before eating that one cookie or snack. It's funny how those numbers can get you moving more and working out more.

So, after having lived 30some years without worrying abt my weight, something happened to my eating habit, causing weight gain. In the winter I didn't care a lot because of all the layers of clothes, but now summer is coming there is no way to hide that belly anymore.

I joined MFP to log my food and keep track of their effect on my weight.

I hope people will add me as friend to taunt me in eating healthier and motivate me. I'll do the same back.
