Trying to loose 20kg (40+ lb), low on energy and prone to injury, addicted to sugar but keeping the amount under 75g per day. Logging my calories and steps but avoiding the scales as they aren't my friend.
Haven't had success finding a fitness buddy so I'm calling out to this community for help. I go out of my way to help other people so not in this just for myself.

    Hi Rob,
    Sorry you feel like you're not having a great time at the moment. I lost about 75lbs using this before but put about half back on and feel a bit stuck in a rut so I'm happy to be a buddy :)
