I like making this zucchini tomato melange http://allrecipes.com/recipe/18343/tomato-and-zucchini-melange/ and laying a couple tilapia fillets on top of it in the skillet, cover, simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the tilapia is cooked through. The combination really sets off the tilapia to a great advantage. I have served it over spaghetti squash, but you could do rice or pasta depending on taste and eating plan.1

We eat fish all the time...this was tonight - basa and tofu Sichuan fragrant and hot flavour with rice and veggies (snap peas and bok choi)

I recently discovered black bean noodles- good texture and flavor, mostly protein and very filling! I like them with toasted sesame oil and veggies, scramble in an egg for egg fu yung1

My whole family (including two kids ages 6 and 8) love my 'rice bowls' it's basically a salad with some rice on it and fish on top. Add what ever dressing you like!2

I am a big fan if pasta with fresh spinich and loooootttssss of fresh herbs topped with some sort of white fish with lemon. It's my go to.1

salmon pan seared with garlic, grape tomatoes, artichoke hearts and kalamata olives or capers, served with spinach and coconut rice is like my kryptonite. it uses olive oil and garlic butter for the searing but only a tsp of each.1
