Does anyone have any low sodium recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even snacks?

When I cut down sodium the only things I had to do were to stop adding salt into my dishes when I cook, went back to making most of my own condiments and sauces (marinara, enchilada, BBQ sauce, pico de gallo, pickled jalapenos, jerk sauce), bought some no salt added condiments that I don't like to make (hot sauce, mustard, salad dressing, salsa, ketchup) and cut down on my cheese and tamari.
With those changes, I usually can stay under 700mg sodium per day.0 -
If you use chicken, exclusively use the "no added salt" variety. It's more costly, but solves the problem of salt in a diet. I also find turkey breast cutlets that have no added salt. You can get lots of canned vegetables with no added salt, and all the fresh vegetables come with no added salt. My entire day of food comes in under 1500 mg of sodium. It's easy.0
