How to get rid of stubborn fat around the mid section

I have been following a program that entails 3 1 hour session of bootcamp class. I also hit the gym 2 days so getting in 5 days. Still not seeing the results. Is it about what u eat or limiting your intake?

    Sounds like you are stressing your body out a lot. Could be retaining water from the stress. Cut back a few days and see if it helps.

    Personally I have found that reading a lot has really helped me with belly fat.

    Read every stickied post you come across. It has worked for me. :)
