Protein shakes

Am I going to get fat if I drink as many as two protein shakes a day but don't work out much?

    Options
    Based on your last few post, almost all your gains will be fat, regardless of source. If you want muscle, you need to follow a progressive resistance program. Calories will determine the metabolic state, training will determine fat/lbm ratios.
