Meal prep weigh food before and after confusion

I understand that when the food is cooked it loses weight and this confuses me as I usually will want to cook in bulk but will want to have different grams for different days and have no idea how to calculate this . Is there any easy way to use it in the 'recipes section' so that I can cook , let's say, 500g mince and then take whatever portion of after its cooked ....

Yep. Weigh your raw ingredients and put them in the recipe builder. When you have your full finished dish cooked, weigh that (subtract the weight of the pot) and set it as the number of portions in your recipe. For example, your total dish of cooked stew is 600 grams.

When you spoon it into your bowl and it weighs 203g, log 203 portions.
