I need help I can't stop eating junk food.how do I stop? What food is good or bad to eat while your losing weight.how much experience do I need to do?

    Saw your other post too. There aren't any special secrets.

    Enter your info in the app to get a calorie goal.

    Read the stickies in the General Diet section for a lot of nuts and bolts.

    Get a digital food scale and actually use it.

    There aren't really good or bad foods. Some foods are more nutritious. Some foods are more satiating. Eating more of those types of foods helps most people maintain a calorie deficit. For most that would be protein, some fat, and a good amount of low calorie density foods like green vegetables.

    You don't have to stop eating junk food, but if you can't eat it in portions that let you stay in a deficit then best to quit them for now. Not forever, because that just doesn't work. Just until you get a good idea of what does work for you as far as eating and what doesn't.

    Exercise isn't necessary for weight loss, but it is good for your health. Just starting out most anyone can walk. Put on some comfy shoes, some kind of music player if you like, and go for a walk every day.
