Garmin connect friends

Hi all. I'm a 36 year old overweight bloke looking for some garmin connect friends to keep motivated. Ive only just got this fancy watch and can 'just' run 5k on the treadmill. I can be quite competitive so if I get some likeminded friends to complete/compare with I might eventually run 5k without collapsing! ;-)
