Noticing the Little Things

Hi all,

Lets share the little things that we notice as we continue to drop the pounds.

As for myself:
1. My watch is beginning to fall off of my wrist
2. Seeing the difference when I see my refelction
3. Clearer skin
4. MORE ENERGY :)

    Love this.

    1. I don't feel physical effort just getting off the couch.
    2. I love feeling my new muscles and seeing definition.
    3. More energy!
    4. The best feeling I have to say is just feeling accomplished, that I'm doing something consistently meaningful. I love myself more each day for going to that class, finishing that workout, saying no to junk food. It's a great high.

    I walked up the two flights of stairs today going to my office and when I got to the top I turned around having realized that I was able to do so with very little effort. Brought a HUGE smile to my face.

    I sleep like the dead.
    My comfortable pants are now my floppy loose pants.
    My too snug pants are now my comfortable pants.

    my boyfriend made a comment yesterday about how much easier it is to, erm, move me around during certain activities, heh

    This is such a good post...well done everyone.

    My little things are:
    1) realising I love going to the gym instead of dreading the burn and tiredness
    2) putting on my bracelet and finding I can do it up one notch tighter
    3) realising my heals don't ache as much when I stand around for a long time
    4) fitting snuggly into a dress I've owned for years, love to pieces and refuse to part with...I say snuggly but that's an achievement seeing as I couldn't fit in it a few weeks ago. Great feeling knowing I'm only weeks away from wearing it comfortably

    1.my jeans actually fit!
    2. I'm now swimming in my go to flannel.
    3. My bras are too big.
    4. Profile view in the mirror, I have only 1 chin.

    I'm only down 26 pounds with 49 to go but already my knees don't hurt, the stairs don't leave me winded at work, I had to put new holes in my belt!
