Can I get some input on my workout schedule?

Hi guys,
I try and get in the gym 3 times a week to do a full body strength workout: deadlifts, hip thrust, walking lunges, military press, bench press and a couple of others. I lift heavy and on a good day I can go in and out in 30 mins.
However, my dance schedule is below, and seems to be making it tricky for me to get these workouts in and recover properly in time for dance, which is pretty hard cardio (hip hop. proper hip hop.).
I finish work at 5.30 and can be in the gym at 6pm.
M:dance 6-7.30
T:
W: dance 8 - 9.30
T: dance 5-6 and 7.30-10.30
F:
S: dance 1-3pm (can usually get a workout in on a Sat no problem after dance)
S: dance 12 - 3pm
I know it's a specific question but if anyone can help it would be great!

I assume dance is your priority? Any particular reason you can't just lift on T/F? As long as you're not in a hurry to increase your lifts, twice a week will still get you stronger.0

Have you considered doing Full body, Upper body, Lower body? That way you can do your 3 times a week, but you are more adequately cycling through the muscles you focus on?0

I like this idea. So, if I'm reading your schedule correctly you can get to the gym on Tues., Fri., and Sat. If so then I'd do as suggested above.0 -
Thanks for the input. I always TRY to keep Tuesdays free, because if I don't have single day off then it does really effect me - I think it's more psychological. Two times a week might be a better idea since I'm not trying to gain muscle, just keep as much muscle as possible while I'm dropping pounds. I guess a full body on Tues/Sat could work well?0

Full body T / S with Friday as your "off" day? Sure, perfectly workable.0 -
