Just wondering if anyone here is from Birmingham in the UK (sorry Americans) and if they've been to the new gym by the Quinton asda think it's called lifestyle fitness? I'm contemplating it as the personal trainer i looked into wants £120 a month and i just don't have that kind of money. My mother in law gave me a leaflet on kickboxing but the website is seriously vague so ignoring that. So my dad suggested a gym as they sometimes do classes and things and that one is the closest to me. Really badly need to start exercising more as I've hit a wall with my weight loss and it's driving me mad

    not in Birmingham, but not that far away. You should look at the council website for your area and check if they have a gym listed and if they do what classes they run.

    It will be much much cheaper
