Miss Jogging Pls help

Hi i would like some advice , i like jogging but my new job that i started 2 weeks ago keeps me on my feet walking around for 9 hours a day, its like a pea pod in a big chain grocery store i shop for people who send in orders and im doing that 9-5, 5 days a week and i want to go back to jogging but my feet and meniscus keep getting aggravated,i didn't jog this whole week because i would rather rest my legs than aggravate them to the point where i wont be able to jog again.

Have you tried water jogging in the pool?0

roller blade-either at work rather than walking (our superstores used to have clerks on blades) or after work instead of jogging. It's low impact, fast and fun!0

Thanks for the idea i was hesitant at first but i started out slow and 40 minutes later it was the perfect jog, thanks for the suggestion i was nervous that my legs would hurt after a week constantly on my feet but after 3 weeks on the new job my feet started not hurting as much ,so i think that will be my new jogging schedule.0
