Exercise and why?
Hi, I've been on MFP now for 6 months and been reasonably successful with weight loss doing cycling, football, free weights and running. But I want to try some different types of exercise so I'm hoping my fellow MFPers will give me some ideas. Thanks everyone

Rock climbing because it engages my body and my mind. Also it's a great activity to do with friends.2

Weightlifting
Cross country skiing
