Restarting My Health and Fitness Journey

This is a new account for me, I have gone through several. I am 30 years old, female, 195ish with a high weight of 220. I have been HCLF plant based before, which worked for a short period of time, then stop and actually dropped my iron levels extremely low. I tried really hard to keep them up too. Now I am listening more to my body and doing more LCHF Ketogenic diet. I feel like I am not a person for moderation, I find it very difficult. I have battled with bulimia off and on at least 15 years so I noticed this current way of eating (Keto) is really helping me not binge. So I am going to stick with it until my body starts telling me different. But so far it's working really well. I just need a place to track everything, find inspiration to exercise because I have chronic pain and fatigue so it's always a bit hard to get started, and find support. I can always use friends to help me get through this.
