Jilian videos to stop reduce belly fat?

Hey everyone,
Which jilian michael's workout videos work to spot reduce belly fat?
No more trouble zones? Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, Extreme Shred & Shred or Ripped in 30?

    You can't spot reduce fat. Your body, mostly down to genetics, picks where you lose fat from and when. Some people lose belly fat first, others, like myself, lose it dead. freaking. last. Not to say those videos won't help you burn calories or gain some strength, but those videos alone are not going to get rid of fat from your belly. You must eat at a deficit. A good lifting program can also help since you will retain more muscle and more of your loss will be from fat. You'll see slower movement on the scale, but hopefully better movement in how you look and the measuring tape.

    Like they said, can't pick where you are going to lose weight. BUT she does have some good dvds. I happen to like 30DS. So have fun! Good luck!
