Hello!
I've been on and off with myfitnesspal for the past couple of years and trying to lose weight for essentially my entire life haha! I've been logging in for 50 days, eating healthy, and working out 5-6 times a week! I have a personal trainer and trying to get healthy! I'm really strong and workout hard but overweight.
I've been struggling to lose but Im feeling so much better! Anyway I thought I should introduce myself since I never have really before on here and I know there are others with similar goals!!
I'm a 5'2" female @ 210ish lbs lol with a goal of 140 lbs and be able to do one pull-up. I'm almost there with the pull-up haha!
