Greek Gods nonfat greek yogurt per serving is 9 grams protein, 100 calories. Plus it's delicious.

Not much beats chicken breast, though.

Protein is calories so that's not gonna happen. Prelog your food, then you can make anything fit.

Nuts are high calorie, low protein in my book. Cashew nuts are 3.5g per 100cal.

Low fat Greek yogurt is great; Some brands have 20g protein per 140 cal.

Seitan is great; my homemade seitan is 18g per 100 cal.

Egg whites are around 10g per 100 calories.

Protein powders; myprotein's impact whey is 20g per 100cal.

Cottage cheese is around 15g per 100cal

Definitely not nuts. Egg whites, chicken breast, tuna are good places to start.
