I am craving protein so much!

    My favourite snacks when this happens are Kraft Amooza cheese strings, or a gouda Babybel, turkey pepperoni sticks, hummus and pita, a hard boiled egg, or those little kits that come with tuna/buffalo chicken and crackers.

    All 200 cal or less.

    There's a lot of veggies with lots of protein too if you want protein but not the calories. I usually drink tea when I have a craving and if it t sticks then I try to figure out what my body is trying to tell me
