First time using this app and I really enjoy it thus far! If there are any tips or tricks to using it anyone can offer, please do. I am currently carb cycling. My carbs are mainly coming from rice and quinoa and my protein mainly comes from fish, chicken and eggs. I have lots of recipes to share and would enjoy some low carb recipe suggestions from any and all :)
