Hey guys,
I'm Chris. I started using MFP about 3weeks ago.
I wanted to no only loose 15-20lbs but also wanted to increase my energy - I train jiu-jitsu and have been having a problem "gassing out"
So far I'm down about 5lbs and have had more energy while training.
Haven't had any friend requests yet - so go ahead, send one
