How to weigh certain foods??

For example.....curry....spaghetti sauce...cream sauce....etc...solid foods I can measure with no problem...but liquid related foods...I am a bit lost...sorry kind of dumb.

Stick a bowl on the scale to avoid mess, hit The tare button (usually the off button but check your manual first), and pour the amount you want to use.3

Measure with a measuring cup if it's a fluid. If the nutrition facts give you the info in grams put an empty dish on the scale, zero it out then weigh the food. If it's a cream sauce or curry you made from scratch then weigh each ingredient and use the recipe builder feature in mfp. Hope that helps!0

On most scales you can pick to use either grams or ounces or kgs or whatever.0

I can switch from ounces to grams on my scale. I prefer to use grams.0

Does your scale have both? In any case, it's always good to know that 1 ounce = 28 grams.0

you can save a step here if you actually put the bowl/plate on the scale before you turn it on, it will zero itself out
