Hi! So I've been trying to lose some weight that's crept on the past few years. I'm a runner....long distance (40-60miles a week) so I'm wondering, what good diets do all you other runners (recreational athletes haha) follow?
I've seen a lot of stuff on low carbs but I don't think that's really ideal for me. I guess I'm looking for a healthy diet that won't take away from my performance!
Thanks

I average about 30 miles a week. I just eat whatever while maintaining a deficit.0

Eat the same as you are currently eating, just less of it. Track your calories here and you will lose. I would suggest setting your goals to no more than .5 lbs per week.1
