Hello!! Looking for some support & inspiration!

Hi! I am Teresa (timckeown) and I have been on here for a while sort of going through the motions of logging food (not very well, I might add) the occasional work out.

I would like I connect with others in the same boat. I am not necessarily looking to get fit to run a marathon- maybe a 5k to start! LOL

    I've started doing from couch to 5k last week!
    Not been active for the last 2 years so I find it very hard :(

    I am just starting out and it is challenging, but broken down a little each day builds my self confidence. I have a long way to go for complete fitness and weight loss, but trying is more than I did six months ago. I would love to have a support system as well!

    I am in the same boat! I am trying to work on creating the habits of exercising on a regular basis. I am at about 3 days a week, but would like to either elongate the time per exercise or exercise more frequently. I also need to log my food more. It is easy to forget the indulgences when you don't log it. :wink: I would love to be added as a friend!
