Weight gain

I have been following the exercise and calorie program for the past 55 days. I have been losing about 2 pounds every week - which I am happy about. However, this past week it shows that I have gained 4 pounds. If I look at my calorie counts and my exercise calorie count that is physically impossible to happen. What is going on?

Weight loss is not linear! It sounds like what you are doing is working, keep doing it. Awesome!!0

There are a number of factors that could be: TOM (for women), water retention from exercise or higher sodium intake, no bowel movement yet.
Just remember that it's not an exact loss every day/week. I typically go up anywhere from .5-2lbs after an intense workout and more when I've had a high sodium day (which is frequent because I'm on a Dr ordered high sodium diet) or didn't get enough water intake in my day.
Just keep at it, make sure you meet your water intake for the day and you'll see it drop back down in a day or two.0
