Hello fp'ers! Started using the service seriously about 2 months ago & it's going great, but would love to get more involved in the social aspect of it. Everyone needs a little encouragement now & then, eh?

I'm a 34 y.o. Irishman with 2 kids & a love of all things rugby (including a few pints of Guinness). Pescetarian diet & exercising at least 40 mins 5 times a week, mostly cycling with some boxing & running thrown in.

Send us a friend request!

  • Hello! I have to say, that subject line really caught my eye. Is 'paddy-no-mates' a saying in Ireland? :)

It's an Irish/English phrase. Thought it was apt enough!

I am here for more than 1.5 years (I just "lost " my days after 500 days of logging). I am in maintenance mode and workout at about 5 times a day. Most of my "old" friends already left MFP after they reached their goals so I am looking for new friends. I am a supportive friend, so feel free to add me.:)

Paddys in Ireland & Billys in England both make sense to me. Nigel doesn't seem to be particularly evocative of Australia though.

hahaha....it's "Scott-no-friends" here in Oz, but I'm married to an Irishman, so I understood :) Add me, if you like, I've recently renewed motivation and looking to get a good support network going

Learned to enjoy Guinness when I lived in England for several. Can still get here in Texas, thank goodness. You can send me a FR if you like. Can't have too many friends from across the pond.
