started orlistat since yesterday. Anyone else recently started it or started before or tried plz share. Want to make a group for motivation.

I've never used it, but from what I understand, you should bring a change of clothes with you wherever you go.

I have recently started orlistat and no side effects thankfully, I've had a 9lb weight loss this week so very happy

I took Alli and lost 30 lbs after having my daughter. It was a few years ago, I don't remember how drastically I changed my diet. I never had any of the side effects. I gained it all back over the years and now I'm just counting calories, I haven't even bothered with macros yet and I've lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks. My opinion would be to save the money and spend it on fun work out clothes or whatever you enjoy. This whole weight loss thing isn't as complicated as some people make it out to be. It's literally calories in vs. calories out. I feel like I'm gaining confidence knowing that everything I've accomplished has been because of my hard work, not because of a little pill.

Log every bite. Even if you go over.

You will learn so, so much.
The amount of sugar I was eating daily was crazy.
