Since being evacuated from Fort McMurray 12 days ago I have been struggling to get back into my groove. I downloaded my app and found all of my data :) so pleased to say I stared at a 2X and this morning I fit into a size 18 pair of jeans I picked up at the evacuation Center!
What successes are you celebrating ?

I'm so sorry you had to be evacuated; what a stressful situation. Congrats on your downsizing! From a 2x to an 18 is tremendous success!

That is such an awful situation in Fort McMurray. There are people in our neighborhood in BC that have family here now from Fort McMurray. They literally left with the clothes they had on. I can't even imagine how stressful that must be.

What a great attitude you have though, looking for the bright side! And great Non-Scale Victory on the smaller size!

I've had a lot of success using MFP so far. I'm 5'3", started at 240 lbs, now 168.6; went from size 24W pants to a 14 petite. Just bought a bathing suit for the first time in about 8 years  Stick with it. It just keeps getting better! Good luck to you and your family. Hopefully everything will be ok.

Wow, what a great attitude! I know you're in a heck of a challenging situation. You do have quite a few people down here chearing for you. I'm hoping there's enough aid and support to get you all back on your feet soon.
