Exercise Logging

I really wish they would do some work on their exercise logging. For example, I have to use "High Impact Cardio" for my Insanity workouts and I'm sure it's not accurate.

    They're never accurate, it's impossible; too many variables. You'll have to experiment.

    Yeah I'll play around with it and try to figure out a ballpark number.

    Is there any way to "quick create" an interval of time and cal burn. I dont really care how its done meaning if it tracked as cardio or whatever, but it would be nice to incorporate my strength training in there, and I'm not going to bother to log every exercise lol. Might take longer than the workout itself

    Who is "they"?

    I haven't come across an exercise tracker yet that's really accurate.

    What works for me is estimating low ... logging myself at a slower speed or for less time than what I figure I really did. After all, being absolutely accurate doesn't really matter for weight loss ... as long as you're not over estimating what you're burning and then eating all that back, and thus creating a situation for yourself where you are not in a deficit.
