Hey everyone I've just start on Monday and I've been having 1300 calories a day in the week I have had 3 donuts ...1 choccy bar and 2 ice lollies .....trying a thing where I have 1 treat a day and make sure it's in my calorie count......weigh in tomorrow but took a sneak peek today and I've lost 7.5 pounds ☺x

    That's great .... A general idea please what to eat for a calorie count of 1300 to 1500 .... As I am running out of options other then veggies n oats n fruits

    So I've cut out pasta and white potato...I have a really bad habit on crisps baked are good ....lean meats....alpro yogurt is a life saver as there is an array of puds you can create using it..i would be of more help if I knew what you would normally like if not dieting x
