Beginning my transformation

Hello MFP Peeps! I just started my 16 week transformation(even though I have been body building for 8 months now), now its time to cut down the fat & see what has been built under all the "stuff"! Here is some history on me: I am married to an awesome guy, I have 4 fantastic kids(3 adult children & an eight year old). I am a personal trainer and am currently looking to "cut down", to see if I am anywhere close to being competition ready. Just moved to Washington state and looking to be a support to others in their fitness journeys. I, too, am looking for a support system. I understand how important it is to keep working towards those goals and having motivation from others who understand what you are going through.
